Saint Elizabeths New Hospital

The Project consists of a 2-story 438,591-SF new mental hospital on 49.4 acres. It is designed for 179 secure bed and 114 un-secure beds (293 total beds) with an attic mechanical level, and includes central mechanical plant, auditorium, gymnasium, and commercial kitchen. Tompkins is completing Phase 2-New Hospital Construction, which includes: general building construction and associated sit work, landscape, food services, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and security work.
